Major Neushul is a 22 year US Marine Corp Veteran who serves on the Draca Advisory board and provides guidance to Draca Solutions with the power of his experience and incredibly creative problem solving abilities.
Having served internationally and earning a Masters of Science in Computer Science, he served as a MAGTF Architecture Engineer with the Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA) at Camp Pendleton in 2003. In 2007, he was the Communication Officer for the 1st Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion,1st Marine Division.
He was promoted to Major in July of 2007 and served as the I Marine Expeditionary Force (I MEF) Future Operations Communication Officer. In 2008, he assumed duties as I MEF Information Management Officer. From July 2010 to August 2012, he served as the Amphibious Communication Officer for Commander U.S. Navy THIRD Fleet (C3F). From July 2012 to August 2013, he was the Senior Advisor for the Royal Saudi Western Fleet Marine Forces and Naval Special Forces in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. He retired in August 2016 after serving as a Senior Interoperability Engineer at Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity.
Major Neushul’s awards include the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal in 1998 for development of web resources and computer war gaming at The Basic School, the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal in 2006 for development of full motion video and tactical messaging capabilities in direct support of operations while at MCTSSA, and Navy Marine Corps Commendation Second award for development of flag advocacy for amphibious communication requirements at C3F, and Third Award for work modernizing Military Standard Message formats at MCTSSA.
Major Neushul has established a small business, Neushul Solutions
Incorporated, and is currently working on advanced information exchange technologies with US DoD and NATO.
